Document Views and Zooming in Word
Microsoft Word offers different ways to view your document. You can choose Read Mode, Print Layout, or Web Layout. These views help with different tasks, especially if you plan to print your document. You can also zoom in and out to make reading easier.
Switching Document Views
Changing views is simple. Click the document view options in the bottom-right corner of the Word window.
- Read Mode: Opens the document in full screen. This is useful for reading or reviewing.
- Print Layout: The default view. It shows how the document will look when printed.
- Web Layout: Displays the document as a webpage. It is useful for online content.
Zooming In and Out
To zoom in or out, use the zoom slider in the bottom-right corner. You can also click the + or - buttons to adjust the zoom level. The number next to the slider shows the current zoom percentage.
