The Format Painter is a useful tool in Excel. It helps you copy the format from one cell and apply it to others. To use it, go to the Home tab and click on the Format Painter button. Once clicked, the format of your selected cell will be copied.

After clicking the button, your cursor will change to a paintbrush. You can then click and drag over other cells. This will paste the same format to those cells.

This tool is great for quickly applying the same style, font, color, and alignment to multiple cells without having to redo the formatting manually.
