The Quick Access Toolbar is located above the Ribbon. It gives you easy access to common commands, no matter which tab is open. By default, it includes Save, Undo, and Repeat commands. You can customize it by adding other commands you use often.

How to Add Commands to the Quick Access Toolbar:

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Quick Access Toolbar.
2. Choose a command from the menu to add it.
3. For more options, click More Commands.


4. The selected command will appear on the toolbar.
