The Quick Access Toolbar is above the Ribbon. It gives easy access to common commands. It stays the same no matter which tab you select.

By default, it has Save, Undo, and Redo. You can add more commands if needed.

How to Add Commands:

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the toolbar.
   
   
   
2. Select a command from the menu.
   
   
   
3. The command will appear on the toolbar.
   
   
   

This makes your work faster and easier.
