Excel 2016 offers different viewing options to change how your workbook looks. These options can be helpful for different tasks, especially when you want to print your spreadsheet. You can find these commands in the bottom-right corner of the Excel window. The main views are Normal view, Page Layout view, and Page Break view.

Worksheet View Options

Normal View: This is the default view in Excel. It is the best view for editing and working on your data.

Page Layout View: 

This view shows how your worksheet will look when printed. You can also add headers and footers in this view.
