Cleaning the Monitor
Dirt, fingerprints, and dust can make your screen hard to see. Cleaning it is easy. You can buy monitor-cleaning kits, but some may harm your screen. For example, a cleaner for glass screens may not be safe for LCD screens.
The safest way is to use a soft, clean cloth with a little water. Do not use glass cleaner. Many screens have anti-glare coatings that glass cleaner can damage.
Steps to Clean the Monitor:
- Turn off the computer.
- Unplug the monitor. If using a laptop, unplug it.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen.
- Do not spray liquid directly on the screen. It can leak inside and cause damage.
